If I could give this community no stars, I absolutely would. This community is not safe. If you are a courier, delivery driver, or even considering moving here stay away! It is dangerous, and GHETTO. It is likely section 8 housing; the worst of the worst live here. Literally the slums of Dallas. Recently, I was driving through the community and somebody threw a brick through my car window. After I reported this to Dallas police dept they informed me this is a very high area for crime and vandalism. Please caution yourself, and if you have to visit this community please do so in the daytime and be very vigilant. At night, is very dangerous, and the property has little to no lighting, and doubtful there is any cameras.

All places have their up & down side to it. Unfortunately our daughter and family live here. But after many yrs, we have seen the effects some people have on community like this. Sad, that when people are given a nice place to live with assistance, that they tend to abuse the system to try and take advantage of the providers. Mind you, there are many family that reside within this community that respect the rules.
