i give this place a one star because there have been several reports made about the roach infestation that is going on in the buildings in which management has ignored on every occasion. Office management gets fired once a year so it is always new staff that never knows what is going on. Anyone that has lived there before 2022, your documents are pretty much lost and staff has no empathy nor concern about that instead they charge you for their mistakes. Please reconsider living here unless you would like to be roommates with roaches.Brendon is the best rep that they have, and the only one with some sense. Also there has been multiple reports of car theft in this apartment complex in which management is keeping it a secret, there are no lights in the back of the Apt on at night time and there are no camera , please don’t let the outside of the Apt trick you into thinking it is worth the price.

One of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in in Texas. The manager of the complex is not respectful, and she is the reason for us to wake up in the morning, we find our cars are not there. They towing the cars and when we talk to her, she says we have a lot of parking. All this is to rent a parking or not to find a parking except for guest parking and when we park in it They take the car and we pay $200 or more until we get our car back. Residential complex is trash in the true sense of the word. All of this is intended and orchestrated by the management of the complex.
