The staff were so kind and gentle with my dog when they clipped her nails. It was a joy to be there.

I adopted a dog from a shelter. Part of the reason the people left her there is because they didn't have a firm enough hand. Should have paid more attenton. LOL! We started taking kismet to The Dog Zone and it was the best decision we could of made. She listens better, she has better social skills, she is actually tired. We have used there overnight service too and that went well. The people that work there are nice and eager to help out.

I bring my 75 lb. APBT to The Dog Zone to get her nails trimmed. The folks here are professional and make 'quick' work of this task. As of late 2021, The Dog Zone has moved their facilities approximately a mile (3 min drive) to 12 International Way.

We try to avoid it when possible so our staff can be out on time. However, sometimes the trains will block the road for a few minutes and we must stay for the pups to make it home. Sometimes we also have dogs go home when we're here later for training classes, though we prefer to avoid it since it tends to disrupt the classes.
There is no age requirement, but they need to have at least their 2nd in the Distemper/Parvo series of vaccinations and have the Bordetella for Kennel Cough. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
No they do not do mobile grooming. But they have grooming available and the prices and services are fantastic. Have been going here for years!
We do basic obedience training which is necessary before a dog can be trained as a service dog, but we don't train service dogs. However, because "service" covers a wide range of duties, we still might be able to help.
It's $26 per night for a single dog. Please check www.thedogzone.net for lots of info, but please contact us if you have any questions.
