From diagnosis to recommended repairs to effecting repairs was a seamless event conducted with openness and efficiency. David and his shop crew were efficient and and timely. Locating required parts for my repairs was critical in getting me back on the road and these folks did a great job and got me going in one day. Repairs have been solid. I'd recommend Etsy's for auto repairs of any consequence.

When I originally called they didn't have any open appointments for at least a week. I told them I actually need my car for my job, so I was super stressed out about the wait, because it was a pretty straight forward repair. I was scrambling to find someone who could get me in sooner when they called me back and told me they finished all their appointments for the day early, and if I brought my car in right then, they could get it done that day. The staff was wonderful and friendly, and the office was clean and inviting,. They fixed my car quickly and everything is working perfectly now. I really appreciate how great these guys are, and I'm very thankful my sister recommended them. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
