The Long iew Panda Express is terrible with customer service and food availability. Every time we go there the store is consistently out of popular items or we end up waiting for 30 minutes or more for items to be prepared. We have walked out several times. We have gone to Panda Express in other locations and never had the customer service issues we have at this location. We have decided not to go back.

Panda is a staple in my home. We eat here about once every 6 weeks or so. I like it to be a solid alternative to typical fast food. It's a very dependable place for getting the same menu. However lately, they've been out of one of our favorites and it's a drag. All in all, I can't say anything too bad about it!

I like Panda. The only thing that you have to watch is the time you go there. You don't want to go to late. Rice is older... You get the idea. I feel like best time is 4 or so. Lots of entrees to try from, but no dessert except fortune and choc chip cookies.

I am not impressed with this location. The food is good, but it's never available when you order it. I tried to order super greens, was told a 10 min wait. So I ordered fried rice, but they didn't have that either. That required a 5 min wait. I tried ordering wok shrimp, but was told that is still marinating and unavailable. The also took the black pepper chicken off the menu.
