Dr. Hadenfield won't touch you if your not vaccinated. Now what kind of Dermatologist doesn't want to check your skin? When we told her we will never get vaccinated, because I she asked, she immediately stepped back, away from us. Why? Because we asked her to take her mask down cause my partner is almost deaf. He couldn't hear or understand a single word she said. She's a third rate Dr. to us...may less.

This company constantly reschedules appointments with no notice.. Four times now. if it wasn't the only place that takes my insurance, I would go elsewhere. If you have a choice, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Very professional staff. The doctor and assistant was very caring. I personally do not like needles and pain. They were very gentle with me. They told me very thing I was to experience up front. They treat me with kindness.

This is beyond horrible. Referred by our doctor for my daughter to see a dermatologist. Called to make appointment and had to book over a year out. Yes, a year! They called a few months later with a sooner appointment. Made the appointment but then covid hit and we kept getting pushed out. Got a tele-appointment and had visit with doctor. She prescribed medication for my daughter but never sent the prescription to pharmacy. Called 2 weeks later to sit on hold for over an hour. Finally chose to leave voicemail but then couldn’t because “mailbox was full”. Called again a week later and was told they left a message with doctors assistant to call me back. No call. Another week goes by and I call again. Am told that again that doctor assistant will call me back. I explained that I was told that last time and I was told that it was on record that they were suppose to call but wasn’t marked “urgent”. It’s being marked urgent this time. Here it is 5.5 weeks after my daughters appointment and I am on my 4th phone call with them only to be told, once again, that someone will call me back. Yeah. I doubt it. Time to travel out of area just to find a dermatologist other than this place. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. 6 months later and still NOTHING. But our insurance has paid them for NOTHING.

Not right in front of the building (three stairs ) but I think you can access the sidewalk on the west end without steps
