Went into the office hoping to lease & the woman i spoke to, i wish i knew her name but she was so sweet & gave me more than enough information. Hoping to become a resident here soon. They look great & i’ve heard nothing but great things. Update: a year later & i am back. I finally got off the waiting list. When i say i absolutely freakin love Renee, we need more people like her in the world to make it a better place. She’s always so happy & helpful. She makes you want to come into the office just off of her energy lol. Thank you Renee. I’m so ready to be a tenant here 🫶🏾

Hello DJ, Thank you for your interest in Vinewood Apartments. I am happy to answer your question about our waitlist. How to join Vinewood's waitlist. You must visit our website, select the apartment home size of your choice, complete the waitlist application and pay the application fee. You are then at that time placed on the waitlist if your screening is approved. The waitlist application is numbered, by your application date and apartment home size selected. There is no specific answer to how long the waitlist may be. Our residents must give a 60-days notice to move. At the time of receiving a notice, Vinewood Staff contacts waitlist applicants for that specific apartment home size in the order of application receipt, to offer the apartment home.
