Tides on Esperanza

I received a notification stating that my apartment's AC was fixed, however it is still NOT working properly. It doesn't cool and the compressors wasn't repaired. The technicians still left the temporary AC and it makes a terrible noise. Please give me a timeline of when this problem is going to be fixed once and for all, I've been following up on this problem for almost 2 weeks. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Make Dallas look bad. I moved from St. Louis Mo. management before it was tide was ok. The tide management is terrible. Didn’t come fix anything . Squatters are very heavily in the complex. I had a broken door for about a month. We where moving out soon so they just never came to fix it. Also heavily bug infested. Worst experience in my life. Cars get broken into and damaged. The damage My car received from sitting on this parking lot , it could be Totaled out. And the tow company will take hours to come if your not a certain race. Stay away from Esperanza period

Called during business hours several times and the call was picked up and immediately disconnected each time. What kind of business conducts this way?
