I was so impressed with the young lady she showed me the grounds, i loved the apt. Wished it was available answered all my questions. Walked with me. The little apt was perfect she allowed time for me to actually see the apartment ask question and I have a knowledge of the area and she was honest direct and still made me wish there was a vacancy. Also go directly to any website “rent cafe, doesn’t know ANYTHING! they only want you to go to properties w no availability. Worthless website!!!! Thx I will be back!!

My sink has been clogged for a week and everytime I call they say the have 48-72 hours to fix it but it’s been 7 days. THE ROACHES ARE DISGUSTING. They charge you $20 a month for pest control but i’ve never even seen the exterminator and i've requested every week for a month before just giving up. When i first moved in I gave them a checklist of things that needed to be fixed. They only came to fix my dishwasher but broke it even more.

Dunis Acosta, that is a detail of always. Half of the property is controlled by the office and there is nothing to do. In summer it is chaos.

I'll say no. There is no fence that impede the acces to People Who don't leave here making the property an easy target to thieves and unwanted visitors. Loud músic, residentes not cleaning their dog's bussines, Kids playing aoutside apts very aerly in the morning (weekends) etc.. Etc. Not mentioning there is no security gard to watch the property.
