Manager is rude and unprofessional. On move-in day, the apartment smelled horrible and was very nasty and had a lot of dead bugs and trash sitting in the living room. I called the manager the next day to get them to send the cleaning lady but she says the cleaning lady is on vacation. They shouldn’t have given me the place knowing it wasn’t ready for move in. I was forced to move into a dirty apartment. Roaches were crawling in and all over my refrigerator and they refused pest control. Roaches crawled on me in my sleep. I have screenshots of them stealing money off my rent relief funds and then tried to say I was past due for 2 months. They only talk to you when they want you to pay rent and never answer the phones. (Caller ID) It’s not worth living here.

The staff is sweet but the Manager is very prejudiced she very rude and talks to or try to talk to you like your nothing i moved in about a year ago i never been late on rent i got sick an san could she work with me to catch up her answer was no abd she refused to even try she started putting notices on my door to vacate property for holding over don't even no what that mean but every time i tried to sign or renew t my lease she would say no but you can give 30 day notice an vacate i find that very unprofessional! i sent her a video on 2snakes found outside my front door. i only ask was there something she could do to help keep the snakes off property.She replied you can give 30 day notice an move !my dishwasher is was supposed to be replaced i never seen it and its still not replace my wall in living area has build chalked lik they just smashed it in the holes an didn't bother to smooth my lights flicker in the kitchen they say it's from a plug that i have plugged in was toilet bowl handle that you flush with us very rusty and barely works beneath my kitchen sink they left wide open an out a board there never even tried t on fix these apartments could be better but as long as she is manager the resident are going to catch hell because she's not a peoples person.And she chooses who she want to help And not to help and it's very sad because this place could be better if they had someone in office that care about the tenants an there rights she only cares about a check .she's very rude

Applied here for a apartment and only after I had paid the 65 dollar nonrefundable fee did I receive the list of rental criteria. I also got the feeling that the staff may have been bias. Hopefully that wasn't the case and I just didn't qualify. The staff was very nice but made me feel extremely uncomfortable asking for certain personal information that's not normally required. The grounds are well keep and it appears to quiet. The apartment I viewed was ok . Be sure to ask for the list of rental criteria before paying the 65 dollar nonrefundable fee. It may save you time and money.
