I've called this property several times and no one ever answers the phone. So, yesterday I attempted to visit the property but was not able to find the leasing office, so I called the office number. No one answered. I left a voice message and still haven't received a call back. What a way to run a business/community. There's no excuse for this. Because of this, I am no longer interested in this property. Hopefully the higher ups with see this and speak with their lackluster office staff.

I have lived here for about 7 months now. In my 7 months of living here there has always been something broken. Rather it's the front door, side door, elevator, parking gate, etc. The staff is very friendly but it takes forever to get anything done. Yesterday the parking gate broke so no one could get in or out of the apartment complex. It took them nearly 12 hours to fix it. While the actual apartments themselves are well-maintained and nice, the amenities and maintenance of the building make living here not worth it.

No one answers the phone and I have been calling over a month , I will find another place to live. Unprofessional. Hello, is anyone there?!? First impression of this apartment company they don’t care about their customers apparently everyone must be in the office sleeping because NO ONE CARES TO ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS OMG!!!!!

Can't say enough good things about the experience I have living here. Jessica is hands down one of the best property managers I've ever encountered-- she responds quickly to any and all needs and you can genuinely tell that she cares. I've lived here a little over a year and I've really enjoyed my experience so far.
