Don’t do it. My apartment wasn’t even ready or cleaned when I moved in. It looked like someone just moved out recently and on top of that they harassed me about paying a $200 admin fee to hold the apartment even though they told me it was still being rented by the previous resident. I’ve also been here for 2 weeks and no one has come and cleaned it but they want me out of my apartment to resurface the tub which should’ve been done during the time the previous resident moved out of the unit. This is absolutely disrespectful. I shouldn’t have to pay them on time if they don’t want to do their jobs in a timely fashion. Corporate doesn’t answer the phone either so you have no choice but to deal with the management team.

These people do not care about you. They just want your money. This is a last resort destination for living. Do not come here unless you have absolutely no where else to go.
