I sat in the lobby for over an hour for an appointment for a Tb test for work. There was no one else in the office. All conversations was over what they did for the weekend. Needs better management!!!

I have been to MedExpress on several occasions over the years. I had to take my sister from out of town there yesterday. We called ahead and were given a wait time. We hardly had to wait at all and were in and out in an hour. Plus, they were extremely helpful and kind to us. They gave my sister excellent care. I highly recommend this MedExpress.

I have been there several times for various ailments. I have been treated well and within a timely manner for urgent care facility. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. Diagnosis always on point. I have always had a call to check on my improvement. I have been very pleased and would recommend it to anyone it to anyone in the Lutz, Land o Lakes area.

I have been to this location many times, as a substitute for a all day/night ER visit. I am not happy with their wait times, and I don't understand why this is, 2 cars in parking lot, empty lobby, and the staff all on their cell phones??? Why is my son still waiting to be called to a room? I really believe that any Express medical facility is for those who need the intern hours to graduate or can't get or find a better job. I will not go back to this location or any other of its locations.
