Clean bathrooms, plenty of seating, beautiful scenery. I have seen a coyote 2x while hiking so be aware. 12$ entrance fee. Card accepted :)

Not crowded and free during the week right now. Lots of ducks and geese with their babies, so cute! Perfect picnic place☺️

Here are prices board and beach is only open certain days so you can call and ask ahead always. This is an awesome park

I think only Thursday - Sunday

I want to teach my fourth grandchild to swim, but no longer have a pool Ann's last swam at Bonelli in a mini triathlon in 1986. Is the water 'safe in case he gulps a mouthful or two? How crowded is it (worse case)?

I wouldn't want my child to gulp that water. You can't see your hand if it's in the water. If I were teaching a child to swim I would want them to see their surroundings and not just a bottomless pit.
