Yes the swim beach is clean and open
Yes it's open and yes it's clean. The water doesn't smell, there's no trash in it. They charge $12 for parking or $6 if you have the handicap placard. And you have to be out the water by 6 pm and the they close the gate at 6:30pm. There is no waves and there is lifeguards on site.
