I like the store because it’s small, clean, secure, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. On my last visit Kathryn was very helpful and even helped me pick out a new ring which I’d been wanting. I highly recommend Kiefer for jewelry purchases and repairs.

I went to Kiefer Jewelers to have my ring repaired and cleaned. I was immediately assisted by Daniel. He had my ring checked and the explained what needed to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. They texted me when it was ready. When I picked it up I was assisted by Joshua. The ring was fixed and it was so clean it looked brand new. Both of these associates were very nice and professional. I highly recommend Kiefer Jewelers
