I'm writing this review because, I've tried to contact the corporate for 2 days already, and haven't had a response. The level of rudeness from the maintenance, is at is highest. He is a person that doesn't know how to speak, and interact with the tenants, ik for a fact that I'm not the only one that has had this bad experiences, CORPORATE talk to this guy (Danny) the maintenance, he doesn't have to be nice, but he has to be respectful.

There's bugs in the houses and cats everywhere and the pool is always closed and all are neighbors keep playing music or just making noise but it's okay

Living here was okay. Stayed for 2 years. Very affordable but the apartment was filthy. When I moved in it was roach infested and there was mold in the bathroom. After numerous calls for pest control I ended up buying baits and repellent on my own to get rid of them. Maintenance can be slow and management is almost impossible to contact. Would have to call frequently just to get ahold of someone because messages were never called back. Parking is difficult, especially on holidays. Once I had to circle around the lot for 30 minutes just to find a spot in the opposite end. The gate at the entrance is broken more often than not and there were reports of people's cars being broken into. The fence separating this apartment from another had many holes allowing easy access for people and stray animals to go through. Neighbors were a bit noisy and police were called regularly because 2 of my neighbors were always arguing outside. When I moved they kept my security deposit without reason, gave me the run around and ultimately directed me to the "corporate office" at a number that was not in service. Never got my money back.

These are some nasty roach infested Apts come and join the nasty roach infested community but we all get along🦸🏿🧙🏿
