Judith was awesome during the move in process. Apartment is clean and looks very nice! Update: Place was great to live in. But don't forget to turn off autowithdrawal. After I moved out $990 was taken out of my account. I've called numerous times about it and have been told both times it takes up to five business days to wire back. It's been over seven business days and still haven't seen this money back in my account. Remove ALL pay info after moving out so money isn't being removed unwarranted.

I need to update my review. A day or two after I brought up the noisy gates issues, they were fixed by the maintenance, and they are totally fine now. You still hear horn sounds, but I think that pretty normal in the whole neighborhood. This is a budget friendly apartment complex for the Dallas area. You can find more quiet, and safer neighborhoods, but they cost more obviously. I hate this place. My unit is close to the entrance gate, and there is lots of noise here. For some reason my neighbors keep honking their horns even around 6am on a Saturday morning. Looks like there are lots of low class people here who may not afford to buy cell phones or do not bother to call, and keep honking their horns to pick up kids/family members. Very noisy area. Also every single time a car enters/exits the area, the metals of the entrance gate make a disturbing noise. If you wanna choose this complex, definitely use the units further in the back, and you should be fine. Avoid the units close to the entrance gate by all means. On the plus side, it has very nice management team(Judith and Mary), and pretty close to Walmart, Sams club and Costco.

Yea they’re super nice but I feel like they’re letting as many people apply as possible to make a lot off of the application fees. Or waiting until they find better applicants. They tell u places are ready to move into and sell that dream and realistically it looks like it would’ve taken a month plus. They requested all my info and I sent it in. Just to call and for them to say they haven’t sent it in. Just to call again and say they’re still waiting on the approval. Ok so why say it takes 2-3 days to get approved? Apartments are super small and the kitchen is super small. The parking lots are tight and crowded. Gave me enough time to talk myself out of moving here for sure. Maybe it’s because I’m a first time renter and it takes a while to get approved? Either way, I don’t like the waiting time and what looks like a run around. Also black woman stop walking in there with a Bonnet. 😐 atp I feel like that’s why they didn’t want to move me in as a black woman. To your reply: Inform them not to say places are ready to be moved into and saying it takes 2-3 days to get approved. Doesn’t matter what’s on your site if your employees say otherwise :)
