Darryl, Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a full estimate over the internet without looking at your washer and determining exactly what the problem is. Without being able to diagnose the appliance, using our knowledge, experience, and test equipment, all we can do is guess. Up to a dozen root causes could have the same symptom. Please be advised that our service charge is $100. You can bring in your washer to our shop and the diagnosis fee is only $50. With that, the technician will provide a complete diagnosis and estimate of any additional labor and/or parts required to complete the repair. You then make the decision of whether to repair or not. New similar washers and are in excess of $700. Should we set up a service call for you? The service call is $95.00 for a tech to come out. It would be up to the tech if they would charge any additional labor at the time of service.
