Wish I had better things to say because I truly did like living here however I had to move early out of my apartment to live abroad for a few months breaking the lease was no problem (keeping in mind I moved in a month late to accommodate the guest before) I left a check at the front desk before I left on my trip for the full amount with a front desk person who wasn’t the usual one when returning my keys for 100% fact. That’s why I was surprised this morning to find that amount was in collections.. I should have kept a closer eye on my account I didn’t even notice it wasn’t taken out… which is true but now I’m worried where did that check go… also it would have been nice to be notified by phone I would have gladly paid.

The leasing agent, Hanan, has been absolutely amazing to work with. I have toured nearly every property in Victory Park and she is by far the most responsive, personable and all around good at what she does. While deciding on a place to live, the interaction with staff has steered me to and away certain complexes. I highly recommend the apartment building just based off of Hanan. Although I have not worked as much with Burt, he is incredibly friendly and accommodating as well. Can't go wrong here.
