I apparently got approved at this apartment complex and no one reached out to me letting me know I was approved but sent me an email saying I have a unit number a log in and everything but I never seen the apartment never spoke to a representative never received a call or anything I left a voicemail called multiple times due to the fact I got approved elsewhere because they took a long time reaching out to me about this complex Update: Now I all of sudden got “denied” when I have proof I was approved with a unit number and log in and everything and this is my first apartment up here so of course I don’t have rental history it’s very unprofessional how they handle applications and never answer the phone

If I can save you from moving here let me just say there’s poor management. There’s been over 7 different managers within a few months. They try to evict you when they already had payment. Don’t answer phones. Mice are big as shhh and the roach infestation is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t matter if you bomb they tell you to request pest control and that doesn’t even help. These apartments need to be torn down and rebuilt because the bugs will never go away they are also in the sewer line. The crime level is also high. Just go some where else. The prices that have changed are ridiculous because they’re not even worth the price. Especially dealing with the unprofessionalism. They begged me for a review and here ya have it. I will never recommend these nor their other locations

I’ve been in these apartments for 14 mnths and honestly, after signing a 15-month lease here, I’ll never do so again. I don’t know where to begin as far as issues I’ve been having since we’ve been living here. Thermostat is always broken, maintenance will always come and “fix” the problem just for it to be acting up the same week it’s been fixed. ROACHES have been traveling from other apartments, getting into all electronics that are plugged up which will cause the electronics to become defective. They will tell you to sign up for pest control but pest control will come out and nothing will change. We’ve bombed the apartment 2 times and still roaches come from all creaks and cracks of the apartment. The apartment above ours flooded and left a horrible smell in my bedroom, they never changed out the carport, just requested for carpet cleaning service, which still left the smell behind. With in the span of 1 month, there has been 5 new managers and I’ve been receiving calls and non payments letters due to the lack of communication and ability to have one stable manager on site to know what my current situation was and how it was handled so they attempted to serve me an eviction because no one in the office could find my payment. I would strongly advise dconsidering this option. It was lovely the first 6 months but all changed after that.

Sometimes even if its horrible we stay here because of our jobs are close im not the guy in the post but i don't recommend you guys to come here as new resident New management is horrible ill post video proof and explanation
Noo.pero bad management is the office change them every 4 months or lasts for one year and I ay many problems Billes
Ive been in these apartments since april 2019 and we’ve had 2. The office refused to do anything so my neighbor caught them and he stated he’s seen about 15 in his apartment this year
I think they start at $840
Call the office. They will tell you what they accept and will not accept.
