I hate these apartments the manager is a lier she said my apartment was flooded and it wasn’t someone broke into my apartment and left my cat in the apartment to die she say she walked the unit but why would you lie and leave a cat in the apartment to die

Worst place move in to. Don’t recommend at all!! They take years to come repair, rude managers.

We have been living here for 2 years. I will say there is some cons & pros. Pros : Quiet area - although the area doesn’t seem to be the nicest, these apartments are very quiet. Parking - there is LOTS of parking. I have never had an issue with towing or not finding parking. Pricing - I paid $789 for a 1bed 1bath plus bills. After bills I was paying roughly $900. Which is not too bad. Cons : Maintenance- over the past 2 years I’ve only had 3 work orders submitted. I must say when my heater stopped working during the snow storm in 2021 they fixed it right away! However, I’ve submitted other minor things that were NEVER fixed (leaking fridge, door not locking, small water leaks) Overall, this is not the worst place. You live comfortably if you’re okay with dealing w some minor inconveniences. We would definitely stay another year but the apartment has just gotten too small for my growing family.
