My mom was here for only a few days until she passed but I have to say I was impressed. The nurses were great. I stayed with my mom day and night until she passed and they always checked on me asked if I needed anything or if any of us needed anything. They were polite professional and just amazingly kind. After my mom passed they even sent my family a pink rose in a vase that was actually hand delivered. That ment a lot it was a really sweet gesture from them. Me and my family have nothing but great things to say about this place.!!!!!

My 89 yr old father comes to them after breaking a hip and having surgery! They give him medication that caused him to have stroke like symptoms! I say stroke like bc he has a pacer n can't have an mri for definitive proof he has had stroke! And has internal bleeding! For 3 weeks my mother has been trying to get the name of the medication that he was given! Passing the buck each and everytime! Now I try and call n security hinders me from speaking to anyone bc he is no longer in their care! He won't allow me to harass the nurses! Ironically I am a nurse as well! And I'm here to tell you wether he is currently your patient or not, we have a right to know what medication you have given him! Your direct denial shows me that yall have things to hide! Don't trust these people! They can't tell the truth even if they read it straight from the chart! Not hard to open his chart look back and say ok on this date he was given... DO NOT TRUST FOLKS WHO CANT BE TRUTHFUL We took an oath to do no harm! Y'all are still harming him by not helping the family help him! May God forgive yall because I will not!

This place has been AMAZING with my dad. He had been in a hospital/LTAC since early January. Had ALOT of ups and downs, and sadly, it seemed a lot people in the previous facilities had no hope for my dad, continuously told us he would not get better and that this was as good as it was going to get. THANK GOD he came to this place. Immediately they started PT overload, got him eating FOOD, not through a tube, got his trach tube out, took care of his stage 3 bed sore, which is in healing stages now, and have just overall been his saving grace. Even when he couldn't handle the extreme PT due to his blood pressure, he was lucky enough to move to the other side of the building that specializes in PT (at your pace) and nursing care. My dad has done a COMPLETE 180 since coming here. I thought i had lost faith in the health care system. And i still kind of have. But Aultman Woodlawn has restored hope that there are places that actually CARE about people, won't GIVE UP on people and want what is best for them and their families and will do everything they can to get the person well and home. All I have to say is THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart and my family's hearts. You gave us my dad back. Can't tell you how grateful we are. We appreciate all of you there and all that you do. Food is ok lol. But you guys are AMAZING. Thank you again for everything!!!! <3

Try to visit some here…quickly you will learn that this place is a joke, offering lip service for excuses when you call them out on their mistakes. The word imbecilic falls short in description of the administrative policies of this place, and by way of inheritance, the administration itself.
