To get an appointment u need to call the number at midnight 12:00 .
If u go there when they open at 8 have your id electric bill and gas and your income they will help you they are located in the old ss building on market when u go in make sure you go up to the desk to sign in
You need a State I.D. and yes they helping people with bus passes.
I don't believe so. You have a lot of paper work to hand in: copies of bank statements, electric bill,gas bill, income source. Best to everything in person.

If you can get through to an agent, try calling to make sure they received your paperwork. Then you'll have peace of mind. Till then, if need be, keep track of your renewal date. Good Luck.

If you're on PIPP+ - the HEAP credit goes against your arrears or future arrears at your utility company - it does not take the place of you paying your monthly charges. Call your utility company as they can explain how your HEAP credit works.
They seem to lose your paperwork easily and phone service stinks.
Sometimes it takes a little bit but the landlord eventually gets it.

You can call the utilities and they would know how much he paid on them and when. Tell them you are on heap they will get you to the correct Department. Good luck.

If you received your approved assistance amount from HEAP to your hesting utility company, AND are enrolled in PIPP, do you still have to pay your monthly PIPP PAYMENT, or is your PIPP payment drawn from the HEAP assistance balance that is in your utility account?
If you have a prescription - yes. You can get install the unit regardless of whether or not you pay the electric bill. It's a medical necessity.
Try calling at 1am. Waiting till 5 or 8am might be too late. I've been dealing with PIPP for 11 yrs. When you go- pack a lunch. You will be there all day. Whether you have an appointment, or if you decide to try going on a "walk in" day- be ready to wait. My appointment was at 9:30 this year. I got out of there at 3:30pm. I had everything I needed. There weren't any complications. That's just how slow they are, and how understaffed they ALWAYS are. Good luck! You got this!
There are people that show up with the stuff that they would ask for and gets to talk someone or go and wait before till they open the door I've done that
They help based on income and need I would call there is all kinds of programs for everyone it wouldn't hurt to call
