If you received your approved assistance amount from HEAP to your hesting utility company, AND are enrolled in PIPP, do you still have to pay your monthly PIPP PAYMENT, or is your PIPP payment drawn from the HEAP assistance balance that is in your utility account?

PIPP is for people with no income and do not have to pay a bill. HEAP makes you pay the same amount every month regardless of the total due.

The numbers are 1-866-223-1242 for the 24 hour hot line and 1-855-806-9647 for the walk-in line. That one you have to call between 8am and 11am on Thursday or Friday mornings to get an afternoon appointment. For the walk-in you will have to go to our new office on Cleveland Ave. And make sure if you call the other line you get the right location for your appointment
