We keep seeing people put trash in the middle of the path. We complained about it to management, and they said this has been an ongoing battle. However, we have seen no signs or indication that management has done anything to prevent people from doing so. We still see it being done as of 21-June-2022. Still no solution in place for the Garbage and they keep on stacking up on the side of our pathway. And it stinks real bad. Again on 17-July-2022, the valet trash folks have just dumped all the trash against the pathway to access our apartment. The BH management does not seem to take any actions to get permanent solution to this waste management. We are suffering for the stench and foul smell caused of the pile up and making our pathway inaccessible.

this is one of the most poorly operated complexes I've ever lived at. You will find trash everywhere. Hallways, stairwells, parking lot, ect. They've left building lights shut off for months on end, leaving the parking lots poorly lit near the buildings affected. which just so happens to be after someone was shot and killed in the very same parking lot. They have gates for security for the parking lots, but do they close? nope, they sure don't. During my the time of my lease, the gates did not close a single time. Lovely resort style pool, its usually closed for maintenance, or open and filthy green. Want to use the dog park? good luck. It was locked up for several months during my lease. On top of that, these people are crooks. The unit I lived in was left in better condition than I received it. Stained carpet, paint chips and scratches on the walls. Still sending over $300 to collections. Do yourself a favor, do not sign a contract with these people. I guarantee with little to no effort, you'll find somewhere better.

Yes I live here now and I can hear everything going on everywhere. Upstairs, next door and even the cars passing by. REAL BIG ISSUE. Also yes the Peking is so bad. Sometimes I have to park on the sides or on the opposite side IF I get here before 8pm. Otherwise I will have to park somewhere where I’m really not allowed to. Parking is a huge issue and they say they have garages available but I called to get one and they are $90+ a month or never available in the convenient location. The apartments are nice but there is nicer elsewhere with covered parking and same prices. Glad to be moving soon.
