I’ve lived here 2 years and now they want to raise my rent +$300. They will add so many fees that they say are "required" when I feel they should be optional...For example $20 trash valet (even though my trash hasn’t been picked up in 2 weeks.) The roaches. They’re horrible. Can’t get rid of them. Our apartment is full blown infested and we are CLEAN here, never leave out food or anything. People have full blown fist fights in the parking lot. The gate is LOUD to if you are gonna be anywhere near it beware of that. The whole area is loud its a super heavy traffic area there's constantly sirens, people revving their engines, loud bass that shakes the whole apartment all that. Not a good place for kids ESPECIALLY babies and toddlers. Screaming and yelling and everything. I hear guns going off multiple times a week. They have a pool but they took too long to get it ready for inspection so its not opening at all this year so don't look forwards to that..I could go on but I think that will deter you enough..

The management here now are friendly and will help u with concerns and will fix things as needed. But prices are getting outrageous. But that's everywhere now. Good place.

This is a great community and by far the best experience I've had looking for an apartment. I had lots of questions regarding my search in leasing an apartment and how quickly my move was approaching, the staff was very considerate and helpful.

Neptunes Lagoon

Ephraim was very good at his job, concise and knowledgeable… I moved in! Edit: it’s the middle of summer and that pool looks wonderful and should be open…. ASAP
