I rented apartment in Reviera and I have requested for a car sticker which have not been provided so I packed my car in front of my apartment number but my was towed. Please how can retrieve my car??

The only thing you can do is go to to the tow company. You can call the police and they will provide you with that information. It happened to me when I lived there and had to pay 169 dollars to get my car out. Your car also has to have insurance or they won't give it back to you. Get that car sticker from the apartment office asap. And let them know the situation. It was there fault not to provide you with sticker.
