Cassandra is amazing. Always answers the phone and does her best to get what u need done. I moved in a month ago and i love it. It’s quiet and clean. I lived on this side of town a few years and this is definitely one the “good apartments” to move to.

My experience here at The Reserves of Lake Highland has been one of the few blessing I have had when renting from apartment communities. The Property Manager Cassandra is a wonderful women that makes sure her residences are properly taken care of, and communicates effectively about everything rather it’s your rent, events around the community, property complaints or updates. I give 5Stars because I never in 15 years have lived in a community where the property manager has a heart like she does. Thank you Cassandra and The Reserves of Lake Highland.

As of August 1st, 2022, this apartment is AMAZING. We haven’t fully moved in yet, but it’s great!!! There’s a thermostat for temp control, clean and spacious for the price (<1000), covered parking for ~30/month), super worth it. It’s also a gated community, you need keys / codes to get in. Cassandra did ask me for a google review, but a 5 star is very well deserved. She’s extremely responsive throughout the whole application process and is very friendly, always open to answering any questions. She also brings packages into your apartment if you ask her!! There’s a lot of reviews that complimented her which is why we decided to choose this apartment, since customer service is important to us. And the reviews are TRUE, not scams / paid / bribed.

The Reserve at Lake Highlands is pretty exceptional for the money, Cassandra has been exemplary I've lived here for about 5 yrs+ and transferred from one apt to another before summit property management took over from Madeira property, the property could use some upgrades (i.e. paint inside, replacing carpert), would ne a good idea if there were security ro patrol because of the area. Always receive timely responses when emails are sent. I would prob renew my lease if I was not relocating from the City.
