Had to stop during a terrible storm. They have a wonderful selection of locally made products. They even have a website and will ship directly to you. I highly recommend them!

The prices are only a couple of dollars more and I see and know the land and cows. They are truly grass-fed, meaning Omega fats are in meat and they have the meat ready in store" taste great" and I don't like neat that much but I eat theirs

Baldwin is the farm where it's made and they have the store on the farm also.

I believe they sell pre-packages up to 5lbs. Call in and maybe they can make/accommodate a custom pack for your needs.
Yes Baldwin Beef carries fat. Call ahead of time to make sure there is some in stock as they go through alot
