The rate at which these apartments are now going for ($1,200) is a terrible deal. The bars across the street are SO LOUD until 2 am - which isn't good if you have to work at 5 am. There are quieter places for the same price. Bugs are everywhere. Half the time the gate didn't work. I had a man knock on my door to put in an Ozarka water service and he tried coming in to my apartment, Tivoli did nothing about it. Thank goodness my boyfriend was home. Edit: I see Tivoli has responded below. The purpose of this review is to show people the bad side of living here, this is not a safe area with or without a lease agreement.people have a right to know what they’re getting for the price being demanded.

For the price you would think you would be living in a safe, clean, roach free, upgraded complex but that is not the case here. They are renovating but with cheap upgrades.

An appointment was set to meet with an agent, in office, at 1. I was there on time but the door was locked and had a sign that the office was out to lunch. I hope you enjoyed your lunch though such a discrepancy should've been easily avoidable and would have been by those who value time, be it their own or someone else's. I took time from my day to call, ask the right questions, learned the units were not available for viewing and that for some reason they do not have a model unit to show. So I was scheduled a time to meet someone and a get a feel for the property. I then drove out there and arrived on time only to be greeted by a locked door with the promise of meeting of someone should I elect to sit around and twiddle my thumbs for an hour. In this day and age, what manager was taught to schedule everyone's lunch at the same time? Unless you are short staffed and down to one, singular office personnel, there is no reason for this. It's incredibly inefficient and honestly, it gives the impression that the office staff shows up to socialize with each other and get paid to do it. It does not give the impression that the office cares about people so I have to wonder how it treats it's tenants. Perhaps the next prospective tenant will have better luck but I doubt it.

Questions & Answers

Are these good apartment

Havent seen roaches yet in our apartment. They are very very nice. We are in their smallest floorplan and it's very open and spacious and feels super big for 2 people. Staff is super helpful and the laundry facilities are nice if you dont want to pay for washer and dryer in your apt. The patios and balconies are very private and the neighborhood is good to live in too.

How is the park for visitors

There are actually 20 visitor spots available. Parking is not always perfect all the time, but office does as much as they can. First and foremost we want residents that live here to have a place to park. There are an adequate number of visitor spots for what is available to work with. Cannot please everyone, no matter how hard we try.
