UPDATE: I wanted to change all my jewelry over to yellow gold. Malakeh told me to keep the white gold solitaire diamond ring and get a yellow gold band (because the diamond looks better on white gold). When I tell y’all to trust her please do! She knows exactly what she’s talking about. I recently added more pictures to show the white gold set and the yellow and white gold set. I get so many more compliments on my ring now. Thank you again so much!! My husband, some friends and I went to visit Cincinnati for the Music Fest. We went to eat at the Cheesecake Factory but we had a hour wait so we walked the mall. My husband figured I should just go to Kay’s to get my rings and earrings inspected and cleaned. That’s when we met Melakeh. Like I said we just went to get my jewelry inspected and cleaned. Before we left out the couple we was with bought his wife a new ring with an enhancer. I walked out with some diamond earrings. We had such a great connection with her, we exchanged numbers for future business. The day after we left, she called and talked to us about a sale and I must say a couple days later I drove from Bloomington, Illinois back to Cincinnati to upgrade my wedding ring. Yes, I could’ve done it closer to home. The connection I had with her was different and she was trustworthy. I have to say I would do it again and I plan on doing it again. Everyone in the store was very friendly both times I was there. I would recommend them to anyone.

A diamond fell out of my ring and I dropped it off for repair. They ruined my ring! There's been 6 attempts to fix now and I'm even more unhappy with it. Last time I was promised it'd be fixed right and they worked on the completely wrong area. I have 2 extra prongs just randomly sticking out of my ring rubbing my finger, 1 diamond has the edge exposed and is catching on everyting along with a main prong that's not smooth anymore. I'll never go back.

Standing in a line outside the store for 20mins. One set of customers left already. A chain blocks you from entering, you wait for someone to help you. Person in back not helping people waiting. On computer while people wait. Won't purchase anything from them in the future. Do not recommend
