I visited two other stores before walking into Robin James Jewelers and immediately I knew that this is where I wanted to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend. From personal experience with a jeweler, I had none. Robin was extremely welcoming and trustworthy. I felt very comfortable with the entire process, which took me about 6 months. She was very patient with me and was in no way pushy, kept me updated weekly on samples that she had brought in and was very cooperative with my busy schedule. My fiance and I got engaged back in January, 2022. Her ring turned out better than I could've imagined and that was thanks to this store. Robin and the rest of her staff have been nothing but the best since our engagement providing ring guards, ring holders and offering a complimentary ring size. I can't thank them enough for their help with this special item and the moment that my fiance and I will hold close with us forever.

My husband and I were in Ohio for our daughters wedding. He has a special watch that belonged to our deceased son and he wanted to wear it for the wedding and we thought it just needed a new battery. I took it to a battery store in Az and the very nice gentleman who turned out was not nice at all told me he replaced the battery and I needed to bring to a watch repair shop. When I contacted Robin James Jewelers he told me it could just be in need of some love if I wanted to bring it in and he'd look at it. He discovered the battery was dead and was in backwards. To make a short story long Robin James restored this very significant very precious memento that carries a great deal of importance to our family. I will be forever grateful they took time to listen to what I needed and was willing to do it free of charge, but we did not accept his offer. He deserved every penny. I thank you, my husband thanks you and my family thanks you .
