Yes, Please bring the ring to the store so we can replace the stone for you. If you have the stone that fell out you can bring that as well if not that is also okay. If it was purchased this year, we will most likely be able to replace it free of charge if it has been longer than that we will assess how it fell out and give you an estimate for repair.

Kathy, we would have to see the watch to be sure but generally if it has a round crystal we can put a new one in. They are typically between $30-35. If it is not a round crystal we may still be able to get a replacement but would need to see the size and shape to determine an estimate.
