Being charged $60.00 +tax to have an earring repaired that I purchased in the fall & appears to be a manufacturer’s defect that I didn’t discover right away!! NEVER AGAIN! NEVER AGAIN! If the chain on my gold Tiffany necklace break it’s going to cost me if the chain on my necklace from Zales breaks it’ll be fixed without cost, hum?🤔

This Tiffany service makes us disappointed every time. I don’t say everyone but most of them have no hospitality. We have visited and purchased jewelry for our marriage, birthdays and events as there is only this Tiffany shop in this area. The shop staff focus on chatting with coworkers as the first priority and customer second. They don’t mind even they block an aisle. Also, the staff just left our marriage rings in a paper bag without any explanation or greeting when we picked them up. We were confused because we were not sure if we should have waited for receipt confirmation or something receipt process. And then she opened the door for us but also she was working with iPad and never saw us nor said anything greetings.
