The apartments look so nice on the inside from what I saw on apartments.com but the only thing about it is that they have a waiting list. Me and my dad went there once to see if us, my mom, and my brother could move inside those apartments but there was a waiting list even if it said that something was available on apartments.com like I don't get it...

It's ok, the apartments are nice but thin. the staff is pretty good with communication before you move in but not so good at handling issues after. The people that live under me relentlessly beat on my floor (their ceiling)if you breathe the wrong way because they floors are paper thin I live on the 2nd floor and have a 6 year old child and I've mentioned these issues to management and they've done nothing. It's even gone as far as me calling the police on them on several occasions. Another negative is they don't allow pets even though some people sneak and have them anyway. The kids throw balls and play in the parking lot hitting people's cars. The only positive I can think of is they are quick with maintenance and a smoke free property( but people smoke on the property anyway) overall I would not recommend this apartment unless you really can't afford to stay anywhere else.

Bourne Knightmare

I have lived here since 2014 and half of the apartments are run down. The other half are nice but getting things fixed requires a lot of patience. My dishwasher still doesn't work right after numerous reports. My coffee maker, 2 amp, still blows the 20 amp breaker all by itself after 8 reports. Half the washing machines in the laundry room are broken.
