Since Jasmine took overIt's been a terrible experience for my husbandHe has dementia and is on the memory HallThree times another resident has jumped on him resulting in a hospital visit twice this resident is still there . a med tech Ebony lake slammed him on the ground and was not fired but moved to another hall and Jasmine knows this . to top it all off he was outside for 3 or more hours and was found by a lady in the kitchen in which he suffered a heat stroke and was hospitalized for 9 days and returned to alamance house and was sent back to the hospital the 19th from basically the same thing was released today to a different facility . I'm very unhappy about the way he's been treated since tara left and Jasmine took her place . this place should be closed down

We put my dad at alamance house and let me tell you, why it's called alamance House they treated him like he was their own dad. Made him feel like it was home. All the staff are wonderful!!! I can not say enough about the staff!! Love them all. We have to move daddy bc now he needs skilled nursing. We will miss everyone at Alamance House!! Don't hesitate to put family member here.

IM A PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE THEYRE TRASH DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY THERE UNLESS YOU ARE BRINGING THEM THERE TO DIE THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES NOR THEIR EMPLOYEES. IVE SEEN ABUSE HAPPEN AN LET STAFF KNOW AN THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT JUST SWEPT IT UNDER THE RUG LIKE NOTHING HAPPEN THIS PLACE SHOULD REALLY BE SHUT DOWN ... CONSTANT STATE IN THE BUILDING CAUSE THEY CANT GET IT TOGETHER. MED CARTS STAY MESSED UP ETC SO LIKE I SAID IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES DO NOT BRING THEM HERE...

I’m a former employee. Please whatever you do don’t put your loved ones in this building. They have many lawsuits. Many complaints from families. The residents are not happy living here. The residents pay so much to live in that facility and definitely are not getting the care they should be. Please spread the word and don’t let your loved ones end up in this facility.
