I worked here for 3 months this is the worst place to work you get paid 7.25 an hour.they fired me because they said I Abused a resident and they called the police on me the police look at the Resident and confirmed there was no Abuse going on they ask the employees and they lied and said I abuse the resident when the door was close.after the The police confirm there was no abuse they still fire at me.i think since I walk through that door they did not like me and was trying to make up every lie to get me fried I am Warning you do not work at this place my checks where 300$ for 2weeks I think they where taking money from me because everybody else check was more I’m warning you do not apply

My mother-in-law has had falls and as of May 2020 a broken femur. No one at the Oaks said they have any knowledge about how this happened. All of this occurred while she was in assisted living. Our family was not contacted at all about the fall nor is there any record of her having a fall. We were told by the doctor in ER that the fall could be as old as 3 days. She was in severe pain. Most of her meals were barely warm. My husband would warm them in the microwave for her. He had several conversations with management about her care and cleanliness to no avail. After her fall our family moved everything of my mother-in-law out of that place. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I have to question if any or maybe 1 or 2 or licensed CNA'S.
