I have enjoyed my stay at Alamance Reserve Apartments. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance technicians are quick and efficient. The grounds are always groomed. There is something to meet every need at ARA, from office assistance, play area, a great walking trail, pet park, car washing area and many more amenities plus I feel safe. The only drawback I have, when it snows you are on your own. No plowing the parking lot.

I absolutely loved the whole community and the staff was so amazing! I would definitely recommend visiting this place and living here! 5 stars dose not give this place justice! I will always recommend this place to friends, family and anyone who is looking for an amazing new home! Unfortunately they didn’t have anything for when I was looking to move. I’ll just have to try again some other time.

The apartment complex is pretty. Maintenance was quick to respond whenever I needed something to be fixed. The leasing office is very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the small events they hosted from time to time.

Staff is nice and responsive, however the construction is so poor on the floors that I can hear and feel every step the person above us makes to the point that it shakes our doors open and rattles our lamps. All they're doing is walking (or the toddler is running). It's really, really bad. The people upstairs don't sleep and walk around constantly, so now we don't sleep either. It's to the point where I feel like I'm going to lose my mind. I'm not a light sleeper either but it sounds like they're going to come through the ceiling. So if you value your sleep do NOT move here or at least get the top floor. I can't wait to get out of here!!
