We've lived here for 7 years and have had a wonderful experience overall. Lisa Duggins, the manager, has become more like family than just a manager because she has ALWAYS shown real heartfelt concern and kindness for any issues we have had here. Her and the management team are always available, understanding, thoughtful, and address apartment concerns quickly and with excellence. The maintenance supervisor Dustin is amazing. He is always very quick to respond, personable, respectful, thorough, and does great work every time. The apartment grounds are always kept well maintained. The area is quiet, safe, and secluded, but still close to everything you need. There's lots of outdoor space to walk, ride bikes, play and just enjoy the outdoor natural setting. Our 2 kids have grown up here and have loved the outdoor space to play and the amenities like the private pool, community events, media library and the playground. We've made great memories here over the years. We will ALWAYS love Knollwood.!! Give Knollwood a try, you won't regret it!!!
