Our household is composed of a grad student and a first responder. This is not the place to live if you are looking for somewhere quiet, restful, or productive. Residents / non-residents regularly enter the pool and stay long after closing time, blasting loud music into the night. A resident was recently assaulted while attempting to address this on her own. Management team has been mostly unresponsive in reference to this issue, their only tangible action being to issue colored rubber bracelets “to be worn at all times” while at the pool (nobody does) (replacement fee if you lose yours). Maintenance is courteous and has been quick to address requests; management not so much. Meanwhile, emails about the frequently-changing (requisite) trash butler vendors are in no short supply. I cannot imagine working a night shift while living at this facility, or not having a quieter facility elsewhere (campus) to fall back on. To anyone for whom this might conceivably be an issue, I could not recommend this apartment complex less. You get far less than you pay for here, especially if you live near the pool.
