Where do I begin. Such a wonderful place to live. They have been blessed with a woman named Amber who you meet at the clubhouse and starts your journey. My mother and I have trouble getting around and over the past year she has gotten our mail and taken out our trash when we need her too. Always such a class act. They are blessed with another woman named Tiffany who will answer any question you have and when there is a problem will get to the bottom of it and make sure it's taken care of. Great place to live. Caring people goes a long way in this world. Such a blessing.

Hi there! I do not live here, but I did just tour… My tour today wasn’t the best. I toured with Amber, and the customer service was not good. I felt like I was pulling teeth just to get answers to my questions. It was a constant run around that eventually led me to asking another question. There was no information exchange, like a formal greeting or identification of who I was during the tour (did not ask for id) or who she was. I had to ask for her name & information before leaving. Previously being in property management, it made me a little disappointed because you kind of expect so much more when walking into a leasing office. There should at least be a hello, but instead she was more interested in her cellular device, sadly. Furthermore, the community is nice, but even the renovated model was not in good shape. The tub & toilets had wrings around them. The appliances were rusty & scratched up, it was not appealing… I’ve toured this property once before, and it seems like it didn’t get any better. Good luck for future clients on inquiring about the property. I hope your experience will be better than mine:)

I've decided to amend my review since the management changed and they reached out to me to resolve some of the problems I'd experienced lately. That's a good sign things are improving. So I gave them three stars and hopefully things will continue to improve. I do like the apartment. I just wish they kept the entryway cleaner.
