This place is a joke. Jewelry all looks fake, prices are crazy high and their customer service is horrible. Tried giving zero stars, but I can't. Would give negative stars if I could. They operate under LJC and VOSS. I'm sure there is some shady reason for this

Very poor customer service. I wanted to return a purchase. Came back 3 days after the purchase and they said to come back the following Tuesday when the owner was present. Came back and they then said that they don't accept returns. Was still within the 7 days. Don't waste your time or money.

Questions & Answers

Why would your employee tell a customer to come back when the owner is present for a full return and then not honor that when the customer makes a special trip back to your store? Is this the way that you treat all customers?

Hello Mark, At the time of your first request for a full refund despite our standing policy, the owner was out of town visiting family. There may have been some form of miscommunication on either side when a full return was mentioned, but we are happy to hear that you've accepted the store credit as policy dictates. We do not hold a bias for our customers, everyone is treated equally under our policies while you shop here. We again thank you for shopping with us and will seriously take note of your alleged claims in order to prevent more mishaps from our part in the future. Thank you!

Why don't you tell customer upfront that your version of return is not the generally accepted definition. You only mean exchange or store credit. This is a misleading and unethical practice.

Hey Mark, By the definition of return, you are returning your jewelry to our business, to which we then issue store credit or alternatively an exchange for a different, similar piece. We are unfortunately unable to issue a full refund as you've requested as our return policy states otherwise. As a small family owned business, we are not a mega corporation with large resources to offset any losses from those who seek to twist and otherwise maliciously use generous terms against us. If you do shop around other similar independent small businesses, you may find that said business owners will have similar terms and policies as well. We regret that we could not fully achieve your personal satisfaction to the fullest and we nevertheless appreciate this line of inquiry.

How long do you expect to stay in business with deceitful practices?

Hey Mark, This is LJC! Regarding our return policy which you've regarded as "deceitful", we have a store policy where one, if unsatisfied with their personal choice of jewelry, can return it for store credit or otherwise exchange it for a similar item within a window of seven days. We do our best to communicate this with our customers when they purchase jewelry from us. Unfortunately, there may have been some form of miscommunication or perhaps a span of inattentiveness on either of our parts. If that is true, I am truly sorry, and I cannot verify anything based on word-of-mouth as I wasn't there when the purchase was made. However in the end, you have taken advantage of this return window by exchanging your items for store credit, which you can spend whenever so long as you show us your issued credit (so keep it safe, in your wallet maybe!). We appreciate this line of inquiry and will take it in note. Thank you for being complicit with our business.

Why aren't you honest with customers by sharing policies before a purchase? It is really disappointing to be treated this poorly by a business.
