I&O is a great railroad! They don't run often in Daytime. Every time I see one, there is always a friendly crew n board!

Droning of the idling engines and diesel stench permeates the entire neighborhood. I am not even that close at half a mile away. That's a lot of noise and a lot of stink.

One of the best railroad companies I’ve ever seen. They are really good employees extremely friendly they are always respectful I think they are really smart. I am a rail fan and this is my favorite railroad.

We've lived close to the Indiana and Ohio Railroad for ~25 years. They do a nice job of maintaining their rails and crossings but tend to run their trains at night and there's little continuity to the train schedule or no continuity to how many times or how long their Conductors blow their whistles as they approach the crossings SO they're not great neighbors. It would be wonderful if they installed drop bars and quit blowing their whistles at their crossings in residential areas.
