Was a tenant here since 2016. I told the office manager Paige ahead of time in 2019 that I was going to be moving in my new home. The home wasn’t completed until July 12th of 2022. I kept in touch letting her know I’ll be moving soon because she was asking when I would be moving out because there’s a waiting list for people to move in. I paid my full rent of July was out by the 14th. They took 500 out of my deposit for not giving a “written notice.” Plus my full $938 for rent. Just not people to trust. I’m sure there pocket book is happy taking from people that are already struggling as it is. They’re really nice to your face, but I wouldn’t trust them with money wise.

If you are looking to rent here please DONT. I was a tenant for a year with no problems. Office manager, Paige, was very sweet throughout my whole tenancy. However I’m currently having to sue in small claims court for my deposit that was not returned to me. I moved out August 2020 & after countless attempts of calling, leaving voicemails to no response, writing a demand letter, & even contacting Cambridge properties myself, I have yet to receive ANY contact from anyone for over 3 months. We’re in a pandemic & I understand times are hard but this is not how you treat good hard working tenants. See you in court!
