I’ve been coming to Paul for years but after today I just can’t anymore. There was a shop full of customers, and I along with the rest of those in line waited 45 minutes while Paul worked on one client’s blouse. He then interrupted the next person he was helping to fit another one of the original client’s garments because she was now “in a hurry”. And then he interrupted us again and took 10 more minutes to check her out (i timed it exactly). Paul is an excellent tailor, a true master of his craft and an all around great guy… anyone can tell from one interaction with him. But I’ve never had more frustrating retail experiences than I’ve had at his shop. He truly seems to cut no corners, at the expense of the rest of his clients. I’ve spent 3 hours in there before just to get pants hemmed / tapered, and just walked out after being in there for one hour without being seen (and was 2nd in line)

I found this via google search. I was hoping to get my custom jerseys sewn here. He was honest enough to admit that he couldn’t do it that he didn’t have the correct machine and referred me to someone that could. I decided to have some other work done there out of respect. He estimated 2 days and definitely by the weekend. I never heard from him. I called the next week and was told he’d do them that day and would call back. Nothing. I called again 2 more days later and was told they’d get done that day etc. All in all, honest about the work BUT definitely not done on time and no calls back any of the times that they said that they would. Note: it’s a cash only place in case you’re someone that always uses another pay method

Awesome team there all around. If you're military and need work on your ASU/ branch specific uniform whether it be alterations, sewing, or need that OCP/ PC sewn, they've got you covered. Price is reasonable to their labor/ materials aswell. 10/10 do reccomend.
