I have a friend that has an expired Missouri State ID, and now wants to get a Kansas State ID. What paperwork is required to do this? What is the cost?

Normally you need 2 forms of ID, and physical address, like a light bill or water bill with your current address. If married, will need your marriage license if female. Has to have the Kansas seal on the marriage license. And its $21.00
