All of the most insufferable people you’ve ever met in one place. If they don’t feel like helping you, they’ll just lie to you about needing additional paperwork. 3 or 4 times I’ve been to this DMV, denied for some BS reason, and then accepted at the Joplin DMV with the same paperwork. And don’t even think about asking a question about something, they’ll glare at you and answer in the most impatient tone they can muster. Horrific, no good, very bad. Just go to Joplin DMV.

That would be a question for your insurance agent
They are currently doing everyday due they are working on the Joplin driver test side.
When moving here from another state, you must go to county assessors office for a personal tax waiver (that you didnt owe any taxes here), then you go to county collector to get receipt. Take to tag office with ID, title, mail addressed to you at your residence (not an envelope, some bill with your name on it), insurance card, possibly a vehicle inspection report. Call the Carthage tag office, they are very helpful.
Yes 8-9 a.m. but they have you sign in then return to your car and they call only 2-3 in at a time. Anyone that doesn't have what they need can just return and go in .... so the wait can be any where from 30 min to an hour or more. So don't go around lunch time! LOL!
Yes they are doing them I was there a few days ago getting my DL. I would suggest making a appointment or at least calling before going. I think you are required to wear a mask now as well!!
Yes you can
propery tax form, id, inspection form if you got mailed one and proof of insurance
It's based on how much you pay for the car.
The woman at the DMV helped in all aspects
Should be on your paper you keep in the glove compartment they have you with the stickers on it
More than likely you will pay sales tax in kansas but personal property tax in missouri
If you are over 18, you can take the driving exam at the same time
A bit frustrating but they do return messages
