I have been buying at this butcher shop for 20 years and I loved the freshness of their meats, the assortment of vegetables, cheeses and in general the attention of the workers! But this is the third time in a row that I have bought chuck shoulder and it has a bad smell! It smells like it's about to go bad! I dropouts a lot! Hopefully and return to be the same as before! Although I don't think they have changed owners!
