This place is the worst at responding and following up they will take your application fee and still not process the application over a month later I called on 3 separate occasions and was assured they would process the application and when I call again absolutely nothing they can't even find the application submitted but they were quick to take my application fee. Looks like you need to call multiple times a day everyday to get anything done here squeaky wheel gets the grease at this business.

Generally speaking when you have been EVICTED from a rental for non pay and sent to a collection company to come after you for the unpaid rent - your deposit has already been used to offset what you owe. Look forward to seeing you in court - seems like a pretty weak case though.

We do accept dogs on some properties. Just check the property descriptions to find out which ones.
I believe if you call their number they should give you a after hour number
I have seen some up in the $500+ however I'm sure you will find something check there listings on Their website on a daily basis they updated frequently. Good luck I hope you find what your looking for.
